Cafe2U Enjoys Customer Satisfaction Results Ahead of Period of Expansion

Cafe2U are celebrating bumper results in our annual customer satisfaction survey.

We have recently surveyed our database of 2,000 customers with an impressive 70% of respondents stating the service they receive could not be improved. More than 90% of customers visit a Cafe2U more than twice a week and spend up to £5 each visit. Respondents also highlighted the great coffee, top customer service and overall convenience as the main reasons for their repeat custom.

Tom Acland, Managing Director at Cafe2U, said: “These results are not just great for us to hear, they are an indication that all the hard work the team has put in is paying off. We are committed to taking fantastic espresso coffee direct to customers in their place of work across the country, offering them a first class customer experience along the way. These results show we are meeting that commitment but we don’t plan to stop there and plans are in place to continue to grow and strengthen our position as the leading mobile coffee business in the UK."
