The 7th National UK conference in Solihull, was again a unique gathering of mobile coffee business owners, brought together for one weekend to:

  • Learn
  • Participate
  • Have fun
  • Celebrate each others success

With presentations from around the Cafe2U global family, the schedule provided those present with some illuminating insights into how the founders, and senior management view the business, and its future.  Current franchise partners, with varying amount of experience from 2 weeks to 6 years came together to share their highs and lows, excitements and frustrations, and learn from each other as well as from the very experienced Cafe2U management team and supplier partners who were present.

Service Excellence was the theme for the morning, and the delegates discussed amongst themselves the ways in which the CAfe2U service journey can be improved for every customer. The Coffee Masterclass in the afternoon proved very popular, with Bolling Coffee (Cafe2Us UK coffee roaster) hosting an fascinating presentation and "cupping" session for all delegates.

The Cafe2U FAC are very important to the running of the marketing fund, and they again led a workshop session designed to identify opportunities for the rest of the year.

Cafe2U must extend its thanks to the Supplier Partners who made the weekend possible - Brakes, Mercedes, Bolling Coffee, Towergate Insurance and Franchise Financ
