Cafe2U provide you with the best and most comprehensive training and support package available in Australia.  

Starting a Cafe2U franchise is a partnership where you get the benefits of small business ownership without the risks that come with starting something. We've done this before and we'll make sure you have all the advantages of our experience and business knowledge.

We’ve named our initial training the Acceleration Package because it propels your revenue to an attractive and sustainable level for a new business. And we stick with you the whole way with ongoing business support, marketing campaigns and tools, and even state meetings and annual conferences.

Week 2 - In territory planning

This week is about identifying the business opportunities in your territory. You’ll be allocated your own Franchise Development Manager who will teach you how to make contact with potential customers, find the best locations, and help you plan your week.  

Weeks 3 & 4 - Launch fast track

Getting a great start is often the hardest part when you own your own business. We want you to succeed and we’ll be right there with you over the first couple of weeks to help you build your customer base and solve any teething troubles. We’ve done this over 200 times; your Franchise Development Manager will be sharing all that experience with you.

We’re so confident we can get you successfully through your first two weeks we guarantee it. You’ll make a minimum $500 per day revenue or we’ll pay the difference.

Get ongoing support

The key to on-going success is on-going support.  Your Franchise Development Manager (FDM) is your personal coach and mentor and is as dedicated to your success as you are.   

Your FDM will touch base with you each week to see how you are going and how they can help you progress your business. Every quarter your FDM will meet with you to review the previous quarter and work with you to plan your next steps. And they’re always available if you have a question.

Use your FDM’s wealth of knowledge to test out your new ideas, help you through a business problem or suggest a fresh approach. Your FDM also gives you access to the ultimate business network, as one of your links to the Cafe2U community they are happy to share any strategies bringing success to other Franchise Partners.

Get a comprehensive marketing package 

National marketing campaigns

Most small business owners don’t have the budget to run effective marketing campaigns. A recognised and respected brand is one of the hardest things for a small business to establish.  

One of the great things about Cafe2U is that it is already a well recognised brand and to build on that we run regular, national marketing campaigns that benefit all Franchise Partners and really help build your business

The campaigns are driven by the Franchise Partner Advisory Fund, a committee of elected Franchise Partners and implemented by Cafe2U’s own marketing experts.  This ensures that all the marketing strategies we undertake on your behalf are beneficial to all Franchise Partners in all areas. 

Local marketing toolkit

In addition to the national campaigns, we make local marketing easy for you. 
Any local marketing and branding materials you might need can be accessed via the Marketing Tool Kit available to all Franchise Partners. 
Just log on, add your local details and request your branded items: frequent coffee loyalty cards, flyers, menus, posters and other promotional materials, we’ve done all the expensive design work for you.

Internet marketing and your own web page

You’re mobile, so it’s only sensible that your potential customers be able to find you on the internet.  With Cafe2U you get your own webpage; you benefit from our internet marketing campaigns and customers can book you for events in your territory using the Cafe2U website.
