What do you love about being on the Cafe2U team?	I love getting to see and interact with my customers everyday- they always leave with a great cup of coffee and a smile. It’s great to have my own business and be my own boss.
What did you do before Cafe2U?	I worked in the hospitality industry for 12 years as chef working in a 5 star hotel, and needed a change. I have now been a Cafe2U franchise partner since 2009.
What's your favourite Cafe2U moment?	I have many valued customers who are now my friends, sharing many personal stories.
What's your favourite Cafe2U drink?	I like a Flat White in the morning and then by mid-morning I like to have Mocha.
