Why have you chosen to join the Cafe2U team?

I chose Cafe2U over other coffee businesses due to their professional service & support of their Franchise Partners. I wanted to be my own boss & Cafe2U offered me the best & most rewarding opportunity to achieve that.

What did you do before Cafe2U?

I worked as a warehouse manager in the entertainment & architectural lighting industry for the past four and a half years.

What are you most looking forward to as a Cafe2U Franchise Partner?

I'm really looking forward to visiting my customers every day & sharing a laugh while I make them their favourite coffee.

What's your favourite Cafe2U drink?

I love a mocha. Coffee & chocolate... the best of both worlds!

What do you do to be involved in your local community?

I'd like to be involved in local events & festivities in my local community.

Over the New Year John and his wife Daniela are taking a well earned break and travelling around Spain. Below is a collage of a few photos that John has sent through, together with his Cafe2U cup which seems to be travelling to all sorts of places.

Purina Bark in the Park

Cafe2U Coburg North attended the Purina event, Bark in the Park in Princes Park Carlton. We  couldn't have asked for better weather to spend the day with a few hundred dogs and their owners. The event was hosted by Steven Jacobs from the Today Show and featured great music by Tucan (as pictured below). Other activities included the sharing of great pet tips and advice from vets and competitions to find which dog looked most like it owner also took place. Lots of doggie socialising took place and one it was quite clear that they enjoyed the day as much as their owners!

A great amount of food and coffee was consumed on the day and a great day was had by all. If you own a dog, be sure to get along to next year's Bark in the Park event.

It is not to be missed!
