What do you love about being on the Cafe2U team?	Satisfying customers and delivering the difference with great coffee and a smile that doesn’t cost anything. Also, meeting some interesting people and a lifestyle that suits my needs.
What did you do before Cafe2U?	I have been in the hospitality industry for 30 years. 17 of those years at McDonald’s as an Operations Consultant in charge of 5 restaurants. I also owned and operated 2 cafés and I’m now the proud owner of a Cafe2U franchise- it’s fun, a great lifestyle and rewarding. I now class my job as a hobby!
What's your favourite Cafe2U moment?	Seeing happy faces day in day out, customers that congregate, having a break and a ‘mingle’ and uniting people with a great cuppa!
What's your favourite Cafe2U drink?	Macchiato in the mornings and the occasional Flat White.
What do you do to be involved in your local community?	I sponsor a club where my daughter plays soccer. Also, I’m at sporting events on Saturdays.
