Why have you chosen to join the Cafe2U team?	I have always had a passion for coffee and wanted to make the coffee industry my new career. I was impressed with how Cafe2U presented itself from the bold, strong, eye-catching look of the van down to the informative website, the excellent training and the continued support offered. I love the fact I have my own independence and flexibility.
What did you do before Cafe2U?	I was a Police Officer in England for 9 years before emigrating to Adelaide with my husband and three young children in March 2010. For the past 15 months I have been settling family into Australian life.
What are you most looking forward to as a Cafe2U Franchise Partner?	I am very much looking forward to becoming part of the Cafe2U family. I am also looking forward to getting to know my territory and getting to know my customers and providing them with a good and happy service.
What's your favourite Cafe2U drink?	I would always order a latte, but since I have discovered chai latte and latte delights, especially the hazelnut ... these have become some of my favourites - yum!
How do you hope to be involved in your local community?	I am looking forward to getting to know my territory and would like to help out with local schools and sporting establishments. I also hope to get involved in fundraising events.

Rachel was proud to help with the fundraising for the Teddy Love Club at the TLC South Australia Walkathon remembering the special babies who lost their lives.

March

Rachel had great fun serving up coffee and cold drinks at the final SAAL league meeting of the season at South Terrace, Adelaide. A great day of 24 degrees was perfect for serving up hot and cold drinks.

February

Rachel and her family enjoyed had a great evening down at West Torrens Memorial Gardens for the Jump and Jive Festival. This was the last of the Adelaide Airport Summer Festivals for the month of February. With the weather being 30C even at 8pm Iced Chocolates were the order of the day!

 

Rachel enjoyed serving coffee at the Adelaide Airport Summer Festival whilst listeneing to great Jazz music from The Greg Meyer Big Band at West Torrens Memorial Gardens.

Rachel attended the Cafe2U Training Academy in August 2011.

As of Monday the 16th of August, Rachel will be out on the road and looking forward to making superb coffees for all her new customers in and about the Mile End area.
