Why have you chosen to join the Cafe2U team? |
Tried working for someone else again and still prefer to be in small business, calling my own shots but not in a shop front with all that entails, but still having a support team behind me without having to "marry him". |

What did you do before Cafe2U? |
For 18months I worked in a bistro for a caterer, went to assistant manager. |

What are you most looking forward to as a Cafe2U Franchise Partner? |
Meeting the regulars Mon-Fri but also the weekends open up a whole new perspective with sporting events etc. which I didn't get to do in my prevous jobs. |

What's your favourite Cafe2U drink? |
Latte or chai latte. |

How do you hope to be involved in your local community? |
Hopefully not just sporting events but something I can put back into the community as well. |
