What do you love about being on the Cafe2U team? |
Being my own boss but also being part of a large (albeit) remote team. Knowing that I have support just a phone call away, but I am ultimately in charge of my own destiny. |

What did you do before Cafe2U? |
I worked for a training company providing courses for the onshore and offshore industry and prior to that I spent 6 years with Visitscotland mainly in and around Aberdeenshire. |

What's your favourite Cafe2U moment? |
Going that extra mile to make my customers happy. Being able to produce a fantastic cup of coffee and people telling me so! We did an event on Valentines Day and gave away chocolate hearts with the coffee that made everyone smile. |

What's your favourite Cafe2U drink? |
Americano - Black, long-lasting between stops with the van. |

What do you do to be involved in your local community? |
Local charity events with donations towards the charity, have raised money for Macmillan and CLAN. Over the next number of months are going to be involved in some Rugby Tournaments with fee's going towards the Rugby Teams. |

Live your dreams…not dream your life!! |

What/who are you most inspired by? |
Michelle Mone OBE - Entrepreneur and owner of MJM International, Left school at 15 with no qualifications and with her "can do attitude" has succeeded probably beyond her dreams. |

What a busy few months, in February I won the Cafe2U Franchise Partner of the Year in recognition of outstanding performance and then in March I was nominated for the Woman Franchisee of the Year 2011 national award. I got through to the final 6 and I was only Scottish finalist.
I would thank my customers for your continued support and loyalty and I look forward to seeing what the rest of 2012 has in store.
