What did you do before Cafe2U? |
After 15 years of running my own fruit and veg business which I sold, I then worked for the UK's largest supermarket chain. I was the Quality Assurance Officer in charge of all imported fruit and veg, specializing in exotic fruit. |

What's your favourite Cafe2U moment? |
Meeting so many genuine people everyday, I even warm my scones in the oven to give that extra service. |

A Hazelnut Cappuccino, with an extra shot of espresso. A connoisseurs choice.mmmm |

What do you do to be involved in your local community? |
Serving hot chocolate to the children at local BBQ evenings at our local church. |
