What do you love about being on the Cafe2U team? |
Rachel & Gary: Having the freedom to run our own business but with the back up of a dedicated and supportive team. We particularly enjoy the comraderie between the Franchise Partners. |

What did you do before Cafe2U? |
Rachel: I was part of the Rehabilitation team for Action for Blind people part of the RNIB group. Gary: I was a printer. |

What's your favourite Cafe2U moment? |
Gary & Rachel: Being awarded the coveted award "Franchise partner of the year 2010" in recognition of having shown an outstanding performance in all aspects of the coffee franchise system. |

What's your favourite Cafe2U drink? |
Rachel: Our speciality drink the Cortado.Gary: My early morning Latte, accompanied by a dawn chorus and finished before the first customer of the day arrives. |

What do you do to be involved in your local community? |
In 2010 Cafe2U Bristol North attended two local community festivals and a fun run. We have leant our support to Cancer Research UK by serving coffee to runners and spectators at both the 10K Ashton Court and at Bristol's Big Leap where fund raisers launched themselves on a zip wire across the Avon Gorge! We also supported the fund raising efforts of Sustrans serving coffee to participants of the extreme bike challenge "The Cheddar Adventure." |

Aspire to be friendly but professional, fair but profitable. |

What/who are you most inspired by? |
Rachel: The blind clients I used to work with who embrace learning new skills in order to overcome the difficulties of living with sight loss. Gary: Ghandi, a man who secured independence for his country without the use of violence. |

Suzy is our Customer of the Year 2011 and we hope she continues to enjoy her daily mocha!
Gary and Rachel would like to thank Tom Acland, MD and all the Management Team at Cafe2U for awarding our business the coveted title Franchise Partner of the Year 2010. The prize of a trip for two to America became a luxury trip for us and our two boys to New York. We all had an amazing three days. Really, Thank you so much

Cafe2U at Events
During Spring/Summer 2011, Rachel and Gary have enjoyed serving coffee at many events. The Cafe2U unique service is perfect for any occasion and Rachel and Gary are delighted their coffee has helped support the fund raising efforts of Cancer Research UK, Macmillan Cancer Support and British Heart Foundation. Providing coffee and iced drinks in their local community at fetes and festivals gave Rachel and Gary a chance for some fun and a weekend away serving drinks at a vintage show in mid Wales was a fabulous opportunity for some family camping.
The Cafe2U event experience was particularly well received at the Tetbury Summer Show, with Ken White the event organiser giving some great feedback......
