What do you love about being on the Cafe2U team? |
Since August 2008 I have come to know many local business people through Cafe2U and it's really nice to have built up a daily rapport with my customers and to know that they look forward to their Cafe2U coffee. |

What did you do before Cafe2U? |
I havent exactly followed a traditional linear career path! Amongst other things I have worked in the NHS and lectured in Business IT. |

What's your favourite Cafe2U moment? |
My favourite Cafe2U moment happens each day when meeting my customers at Rail House in Crewe between 0745 and 0915. It is a relaxed part of the day as people are on their way into work and it allows for a bit more interaction and plenty of laughter. |

What's your favourite Cafe2U drink? |
My favourite drink is a double shot Latte with a tiny dash of French Vanilla Syrup. Gorgeous! |

What do you do to be involved in your local community? |
This year I am introducing myself to the leisure market in the Cheshire East Area and you may see me at various countryside locations. |

What is your motto? |
My overriding though each day is "Would I buy a coffee, hot chocolate, tea from this bloke at the back of his van!?" I always try to present my Cafe2U Franchise in a friendly but professional way that would make me answer "yes, I would". |

What/who are you most inspired by? |
I am very lucky to have a brilliant group of friends going back to my university days and our friendship has grown stronger as the years have gone by. We regularly get together and these times give me the most happiness. |

Cafe2U is servicing areas in and around Crewe.
We deliver great espresso coffee, hot drinks and snacks to non traditional locations such as industrial parks, commercial estates, sporting fields and outdoor locations that do not ordinarily have these services.

At weekends and in the evenings we can attend local events. This can be anything from sporting events, corporate promotions, rural shows, farmers markers, product launches, fun days and charity fundraisers.
