What did you do before Cafe2U?	Business manager at Standard Life for Sodexho, before that restaurants, bars & nightclubs around the Burgh were graced with my management skills.
What's your favourite Cafe2U moment?	A new customers' first coffee and a regular customers' 100th…& all the coffees inbetween.
What's your favourite Cafe2U drink?	Short Black, plain & simple.

What is your motto?	You're late, you're late for a very important date…
What/who are you most inspired by?	I am not sure, but I am motivated by my customers, they are the reason I get out of bed on a morning.
