What do you love about being on the Cafe2U team?	The freedom and satisfaction of running my own business and having a good round of friendly customers, who look forward to seeing me every morning.
What did you do before Cafe2U?	I worked for a vending company managing a team of merchandisers, replenshing stock and reporting on sales and cash taken for my area.
What's your favourite Cafe2U moment?	After a very busy day at Lullingstone Castle when we sold out of everything and hit the 500-cups-served-in-a-day mark.
What's your favourite Cafe2U drink?	Latte.
What do you do to be involved in your local community?	-
What is your motto?	Great coffee and a friendly service.
What/who are you most inspired by?	Ayrton Senna - one of the greatest drivers of all time.
