Paul was a business manager for McDonalds and Melanie is a teaching assistant for a primary school.

Seeing our Cafe2U van for the first time.

What's your favourite Cafe2U drink?

Paul likes a flat white and Mel loves a mocha.

What do you do to be involved in your local community?

We plan to attend lots of charity events where we can make donations from our coffee sales to the charity, we would also like to get involved in local sports tournaments.

What is your motto?

People who succeed against the odds.
